Strive and Thrive is a project that seeks to help those who struggle with the UK t job market. As new arrivals, long-term employment can be difficult for those who lack the appropriate skills for work, including language skills. At SDS we help build on their own existing skills while giving them the opportunity to learn and gain new qualifications.
