The Somali Festival showcased a culinary journey with a variety of traditional dishes. Our guests had the chance to try specialties such as Sambuusa, a savory pastry filled with spiced meat or vegetables, to the flavorful delights of canjeero and suqaar, expertly seasoned with aromatic spices.
